This antique Tibetan khaden is distinguished by its dynamic, all-over composition, where scrolling vine forms move gracefully across a deep, saturated field. The design abandons strict symmetry in favor of a more fluid and continuous pattern, evoking the natural growth of plants and the gentle movement of water.

Interwoven along these sinuous stems are stylized floral rosettes and lotus blossoms, symbols of purity, renewal, and spiritual awakening within Tibetan and broader Buddhist iconography.
